Return Policy – PawFreshly
At PawFreshly, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must still be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
